The site is composed of several sections which appear in the navigation bars at the top and bottom of each page. The explanation for each section is provide below. The contents can be searched by keyword from the Ifnd. Additionally, the display of a table can be grouped by various criteria printed just below the table description towards the top of each page.
Most of the sections use a flexible grouping acronym called whern. Each letter suggests a general concept offering several possibilities such as
wellness: health, nutrition, vegan,
heedonism: wisdom, spirit, attention, karuna
erudition: education, learning, knowledge, study
rights: equality, consideration, fairness, civilness
notions: creativity, sponteneity, ideas, satori
The term whern was developed during a dream from where and when ... an inquisitive reminiscence of here and now.
