Is a Compassionate society possible? We need to know what Compassion is and then spread the word to ignite the spark to start the fire of a Compassionate society. That Compassionate society is where this journey ends. I may not get there; it may need many generations more before we arrive. But I'm going as far as this life will take me.

the 'problem' with the "quotes" seems to be an issue of using the addslashes command which is unnecessary. it's fixed now i hope.

Well, here I am and still unsure of what to say. Something neat that happened today is that our book went to the printer. Phew! What a relief!

Oh and this is rather interesting... Grisu, one of our cat friends, has found a new favorite place to be - a towel on our bathroom floor. He has a fort in a closet that is still good but he has expanded his realestate to include the bathroom!
